Meet Dr. Colleen Easton, SLPD, CCC-SLP
Ohio Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
For more than 25 years, I have been dedicated to helping individuals communicate with confidence and authenticity. I am a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Ohio and hold the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP). My career has been devoted to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that is tailored to each person's unique communication journey.
I earned my Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology with an emphasis in stuttering, reflecting my commitment to advancing my knowledge in the area I am most passionate about. Stuttering is not simply my specialty—it is the focus of my practice and the population I am honored to serve.
I believe that effective therapy begins with listening. My person-centered approach recognizes that every individual's experience with stuttering is different. Together, we work to identify meaningful goals, build communication confidence, and develop strategies that support participation in everyday life. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered.
In addition to my clinical work, I am an active member of the stuttering community. I am a proud SPERO® for Stuttering clinician and volunteer at Camp Shout Out, where I have the privilege of working with children and teens who stutter in a fun, supportive environment that celebrates communication, confidence, and connection.
Whether you are seeking stuttering therapy or a comprehensive speech and language evaluation, I am committed to providing personalized care grounded in clinical excellence, collaboration, and respect. I look forward to partnering with you on your communication journey.
